Seoul - It took time for Philippine embassy officials in Seoul to destroy more than 9,000 unused ballots since only 1,298 cast their votes out of the 10,921 registered voters. It is interesting to note that a
lone voter from North Korea was registered at the Embassy in Seoul but was not
able to cast his vote.

I’m proud to say that I live in a democracy and that means that I get a say in who runs our country, and by way of this privilege I also get a say about how our country is run.
