50% Votes Counted at RP Embassy in Seoul



Seoul - It took time for Philippine embassy officials in Seoul to destroy more than 9,000 unused ballots since only 1,298 cast their votes out of the 10,921 registered voters. It is interesting to note that a

lone voter from North Korea was registered at the Embassy in Seoul but was not

able to cast his vote.

Seoul - It took time for Philippine embassy officials in Seoul to destroy more than 9,000 unused ballots since only 1,298 cast their votes out of the 10,921 registered voters.
